| || ||Dave Tollefson grew up in Anoka, Minnesota and graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1972 with a degree in Occupational Therapy. His first position was with the U.S. Navy working primarily with young men returning from Vietnam with hand injuries and amputations. Dave has lived and worked on the Iron Range for the past 32 years focusing primarily with the|
geriatric population as well as in supervisory/management roles.

Chad Baribeau became interested in physical therapy when he was in high school after watching hockey and football teammates suffer and recover from injuries with the help of physical therapy. He also volunteered and worked as a councilor for Camp Courage helping children with special needs.
Chad grew up on the Iron Range and received his Masters in physical therapy from the College of St. Scholastica. He has worked in the rural setting for 15 years with special interests in sports medicine, orthopedics, pediatrics, geriatrics, home care physical therapy and educational based physical therapy. Chad also has additional training
in manual therapy.
Outside of work, Chad is an active church member who sits on the Parish Council and is a member of the Knights of Columbus. He is also an avid outdoors man and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He and his family enjoy camping, boating, fishing, snowmobiling, skiing, and rural living on the Iron Range.
